What is the reliability and the credibility of the company?
We are in this Business for the last ten years, we have satisfied customers world wide, we have a large Showroom in the Capital City of India i.e., New Delhi. We have a very big collection under one roof. We can boast about the quality and the prices of our products.
How should I start the Business or Order the products?
We have a comprehensive Online Catalogue of the product and we are updating the Products on or website on regular basis. You can study our complete range of the Products on the site. Every product carries a code number and the description, you can Order the products simply by quoting the respective code number.
I am a new customer and I wish to place an order but how should I know about the quality of the product, is they’re any sample policy?
Yes, we do have a sample policy for our existing customers and we regularly send the Samples to them in their shipment but for the new customers we do not offer "FREE Samples" however we have sample package policy in which they can order the samples of Minimum $ 500 / Euros 500. The shipping cost is also inclusive in this Package.
What should be the minimum order quantity?
We do not practice minimum Order Quantity Restrictions, however an order of US$ 1000 / Euros 1000 is welcome.

If I place an Order, what are the modes of transportation?
Following are the modes of transportation:

• Glass Smoking Systems to U.S.A. The Glass Smoking Pipes, Water Pipes, Bongs, Glass Bubblers, Bats, Hitters and Other Glass Accessories can only be shipped to USA through EMS ( Express Mail Service ) and you get the goods through USPS.

Delivery Time : One gets the goods after 6 days of Despatch.

By Air Cargo: When you need the goods urgently for some occasion, you can take the shipment by Air, It takes 5-7 days to reach your nearest airport. In the case of Air Cargo the charges are per kilo & according to the weight of the shipment, the Airline Charges Depend on the weight of the shipment and the airliner you are choosing. More is the weight of the shipment lesser are the charges per Kilos and vice-versa. You should have an Import agent for the logistics. Lufthansa, Air France, British Airways etc. are the expensive Airliners as Compared to Gulf airlines, Malaysian Airlines………….etc.

By Sea Cargo: In the case of very big and bulky shipments like 2000 kilograms, it is advisable to you that you plan your order in advance and choose the Sea Cargo Mode. In this case transportation expenses are very cheap as compared to the Air Cargo. The charges of the shipping line are based on the volume of the shipment, that is Cubic Meter volume. The shipping line charges by Cubic meter. Both LCL & FCLs are available with the shipping line. You can buy a few Cubic meter Space on the container and the full container space as well. However the time taken by the Ship to reach destination vary. Normally for Europe a ship takes 30-35 days to reach your nearest shores. For US, Canada & Latin American Countries the transit time is 40-45 days. You should have an import agent for all Customs clearance purpose and for other Logistics.

Courier Express Services: You can also order your goods through the Courier Systems like FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL etc. In this case you receive the goods at your doorstep.

How should I determine the Shipping Cost?
After placing an order with us kindly let us know that what mode of transportation you would prefer. After evaluating the Order we will calculate the exact weight, Volume of your shipment and the details we will let you know by mail or by Fax.
How to pay for transportation?
The transportation is paid on following two basis.
• Prepaid Basis: In this mode the freight is prepaid at the Origin ( In our case India), the airlines or the Shipping line is pre-paid in India.
• To Pay Basis: You pay the freight when the goods reach your place. Prepaid Freight is always cheaper as compared to " To pay basis".
• Companies like FEDEX, TNT, UPS etc.. do not offer post paid services.
Note: In the case of Courier express services, the freight charges are always pre-paid.
What are the terms and condition for the payments for the consignment?
Payments can be made as-
• Telegraphic Transfer / wire transfer.
• Western Union Money Transfer
• International Money Order
• Banker's Cheque
• Irrevocable Letter Of Credit ( Only in case of bulk shipments).
• Note: Telegraphic Transfers / Wire Transfers of the money are the most frequently used mode of payments.
What is the insurance policy?
We strictly follow the insurance policy. All shipments are 100% insured.
If there is an apparent damage while receiving the shipment what should I do?
Before signing a delivery note to the shipping line or the airline please take Care of the following points.
• Count the Number of parcels and match the number with the number in the packing list. •
• If some packages are damaged take the certificate from the delivery person stating the contents damaged.
• Open the boxes immediately and check the goods thoroughly.
• If the damages are not apparent but you suspect some damages, drop us an e-mail giving us the details, we have to notify the case immediately to the agent with in one week otherwise they deny the liability.
• Never sign the delivery note in hurry or unless you are satisfied.
